Brandon and Trisha DeGrazio are a husband and wife team that work as a full service brokerage. They both have over 20 years of experience in the industry individually, but together are a dynamic team focused on building and growing their real estate and lending company. They specialize in real estate to help families buy and sell their homes as well as assist with financing for new purchases or refinances. They also offer Home Equity Lines of Credit, 2nd Mortgages and Reverse Mortgages. They assist with single family homes, condominiums, duplexes, multifamily units, commercial real estate and lending, private money lending as well as new development projects.
BRANDON DEGRAZIO
Brandon has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and lending industry. What started out as a high school project, quickly turned into a passion that helped Brandon become a Branch Manager for a Nationwide Bank. While managing, he was also repeatedly a top producer regularly making Presidents Club year after year. After years of helping mentor other agents and loan officers, Brandon decided to branch out on his own and start a company with his wife Trisha. Years later, Brandon continues to stand out amongst his peers. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and bike riding to the beach.
TRISHA DEGRAZIO
Trisha has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and lending industry. She provides first-class service to clients with her extensive background in sales, loans, real estate and customer service. She prides herself in the fact that a majority of her business is from referrals and repeat clients which continues to expand each year. In her free time, she enjoys bike riding to the beach as well as cooking, trying new restaurants and is a self-proclaimed foodie.
